Quality Control
A five-stage inspection process
- 01
Incoming Inspection
Paper, board and ink batches are checked for grammage, moisture and shade on arrival.
- 02
File Check
Every file goes through preflight; issues are shared with the client before printing.
- 03
Press-side Measurement
Colour bars are measured with a spectrophotometer throughout the run and corrected instantly.
- 04
In-process Checks
Samples are taken during lamination, die-cutting and gluing to verify size and appearance.
- 05
Final Inspection
Before shipment, quantity, packing and labelling are checked and the job is recorded.
