01What information do I need to share to get a quote?
Product type, size, quantity, paper/board preference, number of colours and any finishing such as lamination, varnish or foil make our quote precise. Leave fields blank if you are unsure — our team will suggest the best option.
02What is the minimum order quantity?
For offset, the economical minimum run is usually 1,000 pcs; for packaging and rigid boxes it depends on the product. We are happy to discuss smaller quantities as well.
03What is your average delivery time?
Standard offset jobs are delivered in 3–7 working days, and packaging or catalogue jobs in 7–15 working days depending on finishing.
04In what format should I send my file?
Preferably PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4, in CMYK, with 3 mm bleed and at least 300 dpi. We also accept AI, EPS, INDD and PSD files.
05Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes. We prepare digital proofs, wet proofs and — for packaging — plain white mock-ups. You are also welcome to approve colour at the press in our facility.
06Do you offer design services?
Yes. Our graphic design team creates logos, corporate identities, catalogues and packaging, and we also make your existing files print-ready.
07How do I track my order?
Using the job code we send you, you can see the current stage of your order on the “Order Tracking” page. We also send SMS and WhatsApp notifications at key stages.
08Do you ship across Türkiye and abroad?
We deliver within Izmir with our own vehicles, and across Türkiye and abroad through contracted carriers and freight partners.
09What payment options are available?
Bank transfer, credit card and, for corporate clients, payment-term options are available.
10Do you produce food-contact packaging?
Yes. We produce food packaging with food-safe board and low-migration inks, and share project-specific compliance documents at the quotation stage.
