Most printing problems start at the file stage. Bleed, resolution, colour mode, fonts and overprint settings are checked both automatically and manually in our preflight process.
After you approve the proof, the imposition plan is prepared and plates are imaged directly in our CTP unit. The result: sharper dots and more accurate registration.
